4.18 FillThe fill program is used for single-speed or dual-speed filling operations. The dualspeedfill operation allows for both a fast and a slow fill mode. During a fast-fill,setpoints 1 (SP1) and 2 (SP2) are activated. During a slow-fill or single-speed fill, onlysetpoint 1 (SP1) is activated. This feature must be enabled before attempting to use.Over filling can be prevented with the use of pre-act values (PA1 and PA2). Pre-act 1(PA1) is used for switching the fast fill to a slow fill. Pre-act 2 (PA2) is used as a finalcutoff value.SetpointSelectionFunctionDescriptionP5100.1 Fill Select Fill Setpoint OperationP5101.-- Targ1 Final Fill Target ValueP5104.0 Based Select between Net or QuantityP5105.-- PA 1 Pre-Act 1 Value (Fast-to-Slow Value; 0 for Single-Speed)P5107.0 Start 1 Setpoint Activation MethodP5109.-- PA 2 Pre-Act 2 Value (Final Cutoff)P5110.1 Learn 2 Learn Feature for Pre-Act 2P5114.1 PrAc 1 Pre-Act 1 Available as Subset in Weigh ModeP5115.1 PrAc 2 Pre-Act 2 Available as Subset in Weigh ModeP5116.1 Pause Keypad Press invokes Pause4.18.1 Enter a Target ValuePressing [TARE] or [ENTER] alone allows access to the subsets.
