44This job evaluation scheme begins with collaboration between the Department of Healthand various representative unions. The two parties endeavor to work together to ensure that thejob evaluation scheme is equitable to both the company and its employers.At first, employees will be asked to complete a job analysis questionnaire that givesconsideration to certain specific job-profiling factors (Department of Health, 2003). Thesefactors have been pre-decided within the job evaluation scheme along with the questionnaire thatwill assess them.
