Federal Parent Locator ServiceFINALOCSE Software Change CSENet Release 03-01: August 22, 2003THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENTThe purpose of this document is to provide states with the new transactions related to thecase-closure criteria that are being added to the Child Support Enforcement Network(CSENet) 2000 Application. These software modifications are necessary to support changesin case-closure criteria of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 45CFR303.11 (b) and (c),which were revised in October 1999. The CFR can be found at the Government PrintingOffice Web site at http://www.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/index.html. The Office of Child SupportEnforcement (OCSE) Action Transmittal (AT)-99-04 Final Rule can be found at the OCSEWeb site at http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cse/pol/at-9904.htm.The modifications were initiated based on Change Control Item (CCI) 98, which wasapproved by the OCSE Executive Configuration Control Board (ECCB) on December 17,2002, as a 2003 Minor Release. The modifications are identified in the FPLS ReleaseManifest Minor 03-01 (OCSE Reference # 98) and are scheduled for implementation onAugust 22, 2003.
