South Pointe Academic Booster ClubVolunteer Sign Up Sheet2011-2012Volunteers for South Pointe are needed to help serve and support the students, administration,faculty and staff. Together, we can help the Tradition of Excellence continue.Please check the areas where you are able to help:Academic Awards Ceremony Committee:The Academic Awards Ceremony is in the month of May, and we will need committeevolunteers to assist in the preparations for the ceremony and reception. This may includeplanning in the weeks prior to, as well as volunteers and assistance on the day of theceremony.____ YES, I would like to be part of the Academic Awards Ceremony CommitteeTeacher Appreciation:The Academic Booster Club provides teachers and staff at South Pointe High School withspecial events four times during the year. This includes a Halloween drop-in, Holidayluncheon, Valentine treats, and lunch during Teacher Appreciation Week. We will needdonations (food, paper goods, door prizes, etc.) to use during these events.____ YES, I would be willing to provide donations for Teacher AppreciationTest Monitors:The Academic Booster Club provides monitors for testing in April. We will need volunteers toassist teachers, distribute materials, etc. It does require a commitment of 8:25 a.m.-11:40a.m. on specific days (your days will be scheduled in advance). We will need approximately10 volunteers per day for three days for testing.
