Analogue output function [521]This menu is available if the analogue output is enabled inmenu [520] (alternatives 1-4). In this menu the desired outputfunction is chosen.5 2 1Setting1Analogue output functionDefault: 1Range: 1, 2, 3, 41 RMS current2 Line voltage3 Shaft power4 TorqueFig. 60 Scaling of analogue outputOutputsignalThe scaling of the analogue output is reset to the default values(0-100%) if a new output value is chosen in menu[521].Analogue output scalingBy default the scaling of the analogue output corresponds toFig. 60. In this case the signal range of the analogue outputchosen in menu [520] corresponds to 0 to 100% of thenominal motor current I n , the nominal motor voltage U n ,the nominal motor power P n or the nominal motor torqueT n respectively.ExampleIf 0-10 V / 0-20 mA is chosen in menu [520] (alternative 1)and RMS current is chosen as output value in menu [521](alternative 1), a current of 100% of the nominal motor currentgives 10 V or 20 mA at the analogue output. A currentof 25% of the nominal motor current gives 2.5 V or 5 mA atthe analogue output. The scaling of the analogue output may be adapted forhigher resolution or if values above the nominal values are tobe monitored. The scaling is done by choosing a minimumscaling value in menu [522] and a maximum value in menu[523]. An example for a different scaling is shown in Fig. 60.With the scaling for wide range (parameter [522]=50 andparameter [523]=500) according to the example in Fig. 60the following will apply. If 0-10 V/0-20 mA is chosen in menu [520] (alternative 1)and RMS current is chosen as output value in menu [521](alternative 1), a current of 100% of the nominal motor currentgives approximately 1.1 V or 2.2 mA at the analogueoutput.Scaling analogue output, min [522]This menu is available if the analogue output is enabled inmenu [520]. In this menu the minimum value to be shownat the analogue output is chosen. The value is chosen in percentof I n , U n , P n or T n according to the output value chosenin menu [521].5 2 20Default: 0%Range: 0-500%0-500 Minimum output valueSettingScaling analogue output, minNOTE: The minimum value for scaling the analogueoutput is reset to the default value 0% if a new outputvalue is chosen in menu [521].Emotron AB 01-4135-01r2 Functional description 83
