Troubleshooting10.1 Fault, cause and solutionObservation Fault indication Cause SolutionParameter will notbe accepted.The display is notilluminated.The motor does notrun.- - - --LocIf parameter 240, “Parameter set”is set to “0”, the system is configuredfor external control of parameterset. Most parameters are notallowed to be changed in thismode.During start, stop and slow speedchanging parameters is not permitted.If control source is serial comm., itis impossible to change parametersfrom keyboard and vice versa.Some menus include only readoutvalues and not parameters.Control panel is locked for settings.Set parameter 240, “Parameter set”to a value between “1” - “4” andthen any parameter can be changed.Set parameters during standstill orfull voltage running.Change parameters from the actualcontrol source.Read-out values cannot be altered.In Table 15, read-out menus have ’----’ in the factory setting column.Unlock control panel by pressing thekeys “NEXT” and “ENTER” for at least3 sec.None No control supply voltage.
