75 for 75 ContestCONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONSThe 75 for 75 Contest is brought to you by Air Canada (the “Contest Sponsor”). The Conteststarts on April 1 st , 2012, at 12:01 a.m. EST and closes on May 31, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. EST(hereinafter, the “Contest Period”).1. EligibilityThe Contest is open to all Canadian residents having reached the legal age of majority in theirprovince or territory of residence at the time of entry and must be an Aeroplan member.(hereinafter, an “Eligible Participant”). Employees, representatives or agents of Air Canada,Aeroplan Canada Inc. (hereinafter, “Aeroplan”) and their subsidiaries and affiliates, mediapartners, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of the immediate family (parents,children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they are domiciled) of any of theaforementioned and persons with whom any of the aforementioned are domiciled (collectively,the “Contest Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Contest.2. Prize SupplierAeroplan is a prize supplier and is not responsible for the conduct of the draw.3. How to participate in the ContestTo enter, Eligible Participants must fly with Air Canada while earning Aeroplan Miles during theContest Period. To earn Aeroplan Miles while flying with Air Canada you must fly on eligiblescheduled flights operated by Air Canada and/on scheduled Air Canada Express flights operatedby Jazz, Air Georgian Limited, Exploits Valley Air Services Ltd and Sky Regional and/or AirCanada Vacations charter flights. Not applicable when selecting the "No Aeroplan Miles" opt-outtravel option with the purchase of a Tango or Tango Plus fare ticket, when traveling on anAir Canada Unlimited Travel Flight Pass or complimentary flight credits. An Aeroplanmembership number must be provided at time of flight reservation/booking and may not besubmitted at a later date for the purpose of the Contest. Participants can enrol atwww.aeroplan.com or by calling the Aeroplan Contact Center. Aeroplan membership is free. Eacheligible flight segment completed during the Contest Period will automatically entitle EligibleParticipants to one entry in the Grand Prize draw. No registration is required.By participating in the Contest, participants automatically subscribe to Air Canada’scommunications. PrizesThere are 75 prizes to be won consisting of:One (1) prize consisting of 750,000 Aeroplan MilesSix (6) prizes each consisting of 75,000 Aeroplan MilesFifteen (15) prizes each consisting of 7,500 Aeroplan MilesTwenty-three (23) prizes each consisting of 750 Aeroplan MilesAeroplan Miles will be credited to the winner’s Aeroplan account four (4) weeks after the Contest enddate. Air Canada reserves the right torevise such rules and conditions at any time without notice. The annual membership will start at timeof subscription for one year. Air Canada expressly reserves the right to vary, modify, alter,supplement or reduce these terms and conditions, at any time without any prior notice. Terms andconditions of use for affiliated lounges to which you have access pursuant to your membership aredetermined by the operator of such lounge and may differ from those of Air Canada. Those terms andconditions must be adhered to when using those affiliated facilities. These terms and conditions andmembership in the Maple Leaf Club are subject to and governed by the laws of the province ofQuebec, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Maple Leaf Club membership cards are theproperty of Air Canada and shall be returned upon request. Air Canada expressly reserves the rightto terminate a membership or remove a member or visitor for any inappropriate conduct, including,without limitation, conduct that is violent, disorderly or abusive or violent, or for failing to comply withmembership terms and conditions.Approximate prize value for each Maple Leaf Club Canada Annual Membership: $265. Rental certificates must be presented and surrendered at time of rental at a participating Avis locationworldwide. The amount stated on the rental certificate indicates that payment of the value has beenreceived by Avis.Any rental charges exceeding the value is the responsibility of the renter. An acceptable means ofpayment for such extras must be presented at the time of rental. Renter must agree to and sign Avis’standard rental agreement in order to use the certificate. The cost of the rental will be based on thestandard rates in effect at the time of reservation at the location where the certificate is presented.Renter must meet Avis’ standard driver’s credit and age requirements. Minimum age may vary bylocation. Surcharges may apply to renters under 25 years old.Certificate issuance and possession does not guarantee a rental and is not a confirmation of areservation. Vehicles are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Avis shall not be liable forany loss, damage or delay resulting from failure to honour any reservation or certificate.CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND ONLY ORIGINALCERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED.Certificates can not be transferred or sold and Avis reserves the right to change terms any time attheir sole discretion. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced and Avis is not responsible if it ishonoured thereafter.Acceptance of the certificate constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions and all the termsand conditions contained on the certificate.Approximate prize value for each Avis prize: $100Six (6) prizes each consisting of two (2) Maple Leaf Lounge PassesEach pass is valid at any Air Canada Maple Leaf TM Lounge or the Air Canada Arrivals Lounge atLondon-Heathrow until February 28, 2013. Not valid for entry into Star Alliance TM airport loungesor affiliated lounges operated by other carriers. When visiting a Maple Leaf Lounge, this pass isvalid in conjunction with a confirmed same-day departing ticket for a scheduled flight operated byAir Canada or Air Canada Express flights operated by Jazz, Air Georgian Limited, Exploits ValleyAir Services Ltd. And Sky Regional Airlines Inc. This pass is not valid with any other airline. Whenvisiting the Air Canada Arrivals Lounge at London-Heathrow, this pass is valid in conjunction witha confirmed same-day boarding pass from an arriving Air Canada international flight. Each passis valid for one Maple Leaf Lounge visit for one person. Subject to space availability. Anyoneaccessing a lounge under the age of majority must be accompanied by an adult with access tothe lounge. Certificates cannot be sold, are not replaceable if lost or stolen and are notredeemable for cash or other consideration. Not valid in conjunction with airline employee/partnerpass travel tickets. Invitation of additional guests if not permitted.Approximate prize value for each Maple Leaf Lounge prize: $100.The approximate total value of the Prizes (excluding the Aeroplan Miles portion) is CDN $62,895.Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold, transferred or converted to cash andwill not be refunded if unused. No substitutions, changes or extensions are permitted. ContestSponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute each Prize for another prize of equalor greater value.5. Grand Prize DrawA random draw from all eligible completed entries by Eligible Participants during the ContestPeriod to select the winner(s) of the Prize will be held at Marketel Communications offices- 3 -

located at 1100 René-Lévesque Blvd.West, 19 Floor, Montreal QC, H3B 4N4, on June 30, 2012,at approximately 11:00 am EST. The odds of winning the Prize will depend upon the total number ofeligible completed flights by Eligible Participants during the Contest Period6. Claiming of PrizesIn order to be declared a winner and be able to claim the Prize, each Eligible Participant selectedby random draw will be contacted by telephone or by e-mail by the Contest Sponsor shortlyfollowing the draw and must confirm acceptance as a selected Eligible Participant within five (5)calendar days of contact. If a selected Eligible Participant cannot be contacted, another EligibleParticipant will be selected by way of random draw. Before being declared a winner, eachselected Eligible Participant will be required to answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testingquestion and sign a release and waiver form confirming, without limitation, that:o he/she has read the Contest rules and regulations and complies completely;o he/she accepts the Prize as awarded;o he/she acknowledges the Contest Sponsor’s right to publish his/her picture andname without compensation other than the Prize offered;o he/she successfully answers a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question;ando he/she releases and agrees to hold harmless the Contest Entities and each oftheir respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, agents of allliability.No correspondence will be undertaken except with the selected Eligible Participants.7. General Terms and ConditionsAll entries submitted and all information provided by Eligible Participants must be complete andaccurate. Contest Sponsor or Aeroplan will not be held responsible for any and all telephone orinternet problems, unclear telephone or email messages and any late/incomplete/erroneous Prizeclaims or release and waiver forms.All entries are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsor and may be disqualified if they arereceived outside of the Contest Period, are incomplete, illegible, irregular, photocopied orotherwise reproduced, submitted through illicit means or if they contain any false statements, ordo not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Contest rules and regulations. By entering theContest, Eligible Participants agree that the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to publish withoutcompensation the full name and photograph of all winners, and Eligible Participants waive allrights with respect to printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity. Eligible Participants furtheragree that all entries submitted and their content become the property of the Contest Sponsorand will not be returned.The personal information gathered about entrants in the course of this Contest will be used solelyby the Contest Sponsor for the administration of the Contest and in connection with publicityrelating to the Contest.Eligible Participants agree to be bound by all decisions of the Contest Sponsor regarding theContest which shall be binding in all respects.Eligible Participants agree that the Contest Entities are not liable for any incorrect or inaccuratetranscription of entry information or for any error or malfunction of any kind in connection with theContest. If the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering,unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable- 4 -

control of the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to,without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify it in anyway, without any further obligations to Eligible Participants. Furthermore, if the Contest Sponsordetermines, at its sole discretion, that any entry compromises the integrity of the Contest, theContest Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entry at issue or terminate the Contest in itsentirety without any further obligations to Eligible Participants. The Contest Sponsor furtherreserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from the Contest and to banthe individual from any future contest of the Contest Sponsor who it finds or believes to betampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of theContest rules and regulations or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent toannoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.By entering this Contest, Eligible Participants agree to release and hold harmless the ContestEntities and their respective successors and assigns from any liability in connection with theContest or, if declared a winner, the Prize awarded and use thereof.The Contest is subject to federal, provincial and local rules and regulations.Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted tothe Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.
