Article 35Section 4.In the event of an inadvertent failure by either party to give the notice set forth inSections 1 and 2 of this Article, such party may give such notice at any time prior to thetermination or automatic renewal date of this Agreement. If a notice is given inaccordance with the provisions of this Section, the expiration date of this Agreementshall be the sixty-first (61st) day following such notice.Section 5.In those circumstances where the Teamsters National Automobile TransportersIndustry Negotiating Committee, as representative of the Local Union, or the signatoryEmployer, or the authorizing Employer Association, shall have served a notice ofreopening pursuant to this Article and have not been able to arrive at an agreementwithin six (6) months, then either side shall have the right on sixty (60) days' writtennotice to terminate the Agreement.90
