50. Taking OverThe Procuring Entity shall take over the Site and the Works within seven (7) daysfrom the date the Procuring Entity’s Representative issues a certificate of Completion.51. Operating and Maintenance Manuals51.1. If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals arerequired, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the SCC.51.2.
