11. Language of Bidssubmitted bids before the issuance of the Supplemental/Bid Bulletin must beinformed and allowed to modify or withdraw their bids in accordance withITB Clause 23.C. Preparation of BidsThe Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid exchangedby the Bidder and the Procuring Entity, shall be written in English. Supportingdocuments and printed literature furnished by the Bidder may be in another languageprovided they are accompanied by an accurate translation in English certified by theappropriate embassy or consulate in the Philippines, in which case the Englishtranslation shall govern, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid.12. Documents Comprising the Bid: Eligibility and TechnicalComponents12.1. Unless otherwise indicated in the BDS, the first envelope shall contain thefollowing eligibility and technical documents:(a) Eligibility Documents –Class "A" Documents:(i)(ii)(iii)Registration certificate from the Securities and ExchangeCommission (SEC), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)for sole proprietorship, or Cooperative Development Authority(CDA) for cooperatives, or any proof of such registration asstated in the BDS;Mayor’s permit issued by the city or municipality where theprincipal place of business of the prospective bidder is located;Statement of all its ongoing and completed government andprivate contracts within ten (10) years from the submission ofbids, including contracts awarded but not yet started, if any.The statement shall include, for each contract, the following:(iii.1) name of the contract;(iii.2) date of the contract;(iii.3) contract duration;(iii.4) owner’s name and address;(iii.5) nature of work;20
