District wise information relating to the construction of additionalrooms in primary schools is given in the table 4. It is clear from the table thatin Sheopur the maximum number of additional rooms in primary schoolshave been constructed followed by district Umaria. The maximumadditional rooms have been sanctioned for primary schools in district Rewa inthe current year. In all the seven districts the total number of fresh and spillover construction works are 2809. However, in Rewa the maximum numberof fresh class rooms i.e. 660 has been sanctioned in the current financial year.In Sheopur district the maximum target level have been achieved followed byAnuppur. While in Shajapur, Rewa and Umaria no work could be done. Thetotal number of fresh and spill over class rooms in all 7 districts are 1411. Onan overall basis the level of achievement comes to only 6 per cent in the sevendistricts.39
