For proper supervision and reviewing the progress of civil works at thedistrict level an engineering person has been appointed by the state at theSPO level as in-charge of civil works. Total number of spill over school buildingsin all the districts is 385. The maximum number of spill over school buildingsare found in Rewa district. It can also be seen from the table that in Anuppurthe achievement level is better as compared to the other districts. In Anuppur40 per cent of the target has been achieved. In Rewa and Damoh districtsachievement is zero. In the financial year 2008-09 in all 7 districts only 5percent of the construction works have been completed till the visit of the MI.37
