<strong>Demolition</strong> Waste Management PlanGypsum Board / DrywallInformation Sheet<strong>Demolition</strong> <strong>of</strong> buildings containing gypsum board/drywall will not be permitted without a<strong>Demolition</strong> Waste Management Plan approved by a member <strong>of</strong> the Regional District <strong>of</strong>North Okanagan Solid Waste Management Staff.Recyclable gypsum board/drywall is now accepted for recycling at Regional District <strong>of</strong>North Okanagan Recycling and Disposal Facilities (RDF). A recycling fee will be leviedfor all gypsum board/drywall recycled. Disposal <strong>of</strong> recyclable gypsum board is nolonger permitted at these facilities.Non-recyclable gypsum board/drywall will be accepted for disposal at the RegionalDistrict <strong>of</strong> North Okanagan Recycling and Disposal Facilities.
