Should any problems develop, returnthe complete hoist prepaid to your nearest Little Mule ® orCoffing ® Authorized Warranty Repair Station. If inspectionreveals that the problem is caused by defective workmanshipor material, repairs will be made without charge and thehoist will be returned, transportation prepaid.This warranty does not apply where: (1) deterioration iscaused by normal wear, abuse, improper or inadequate powersupply, eccentric or side winding, overloading, chemical orabrasive actions, improper maintenance or excessive heat;(2) problems resulted from repairs, modifications or alterationsmade by persons other than factory or Little Mule or CoffingAuthorized Warranty Repair Station personnel; (3) the hoisthas been abused or damaged as a result of an accident;(4) repair parts or accessories other than those supplied byLittle Mule or Coffing are used on the hoist.
