Once the complaint was lodged, FCC mediated thematter and the respondent replaced the phone and the case was closed.On 30-06-11, the <strong>Commission</strong> received a complaint from Consumer Wagainst Company T. <strong>The</strong> Complainant informed FCC that he had ordered avehicle, model # NZE121 from the respondent which was supposed to bedelivered within 1 month as it was coming from Singapore. However, it wasnot delivered as promised. According to the complainant, he waited for awhole year, but, there was no positive result. <strong>The</strong> Complainant requested tothe <strong>Commission</strong> to request Company T to refund his deposit. FCC mediatedthe matter and the respondent agreed to provide a credit note of $500.00on another vehicle purchase or alternatively refund $250.00.
