Company L stated that it was a national Competitionthrough which people could vote for their favorite sports personalities;however, as per the advertisements, voting could only be done by CompanyN and O subscribers. FCC formally wrote to M and Company N, informingthem of the issue and seeking a response on the matter. A response wasreceived from M, informing FCC that they would agree to open the platformfor Company L and other voters through all forms of communication. <strong>The</strong>above was conveyed to Company L and the case was closed.On 21-02-11, the <strong>Commission</strong> received a complaint from Consumer Fagainst Company O, regarding an irregularity in its Billing system. FCCformally wrote to Company O, informing them of the issue and seeking aresponse on the matter. A response was received from Company O,informing FCC that the issue was caused by an irregularity in Company O’sbilling system which had been successfully resolved.
