Company A made theapplication to join the Airport Operating Committee in July 2010. Since then,Company A’s application to become a participant in the Airport OperatingCommittee has not been fulfilled due to compliance issues. <strong>The</strong> <strong>Commission</strong>is currently looking into the matter and expects to get the issue resolved inearly 2012.14/10/<strong>2011</strong> Postal Post Fiji Limited (PFL) made asubmission requesting for areview on tariff rates and 10%to 30% markup be allowed onthe products based onoperating costs for domesticletters, parcels, private letterboxes and international letterpost.Based on the submission, on site visits to understand the operations and natureof PFL’s business model, its own independent research and computations, the<strong>Commission</strong> had drafted the <strong>Commission</strong> information and determination paper.<strong>The</strong> final review on the paper is in progress and is expected to be finalized inearly 2012.Page211of236
