On 11-11-11 theComplainant was requested to provide evidence of the claim to enable theCommission to carry out the investigations. On 15-11-11 the respondent wasconsulted and the Respondent advised FCC that they were happy to discussthe matter with the Complainant. On 18-11-11 the Complainant called andadvised that he had received a refund and as such the case was closed.On 18-11-11 the Commission received a complaint from Consumer J againstCompany Q for the supply of a Faulty Second Hand Refrigerator. On thesame day investigations were conducted and the Complainant was advisedthat secondhand goods were not covered by the CCD 2010. The case wasthen closed.On 22-11-11 the Commission received a complaint from Consumer K againstCompany R for selling expired tablets.
