On 18-11-11 the Complainant called andadvised that he had received a refund and as such the case was closed.On 18-11-11 the <strong>Commission</strong> received a complaint from Consumer J againstCompany Q for the supply of a Faulty Second Hand Refrigerator. On thesame day investigations were conducted and the Complainant was advisedthat secondhand goods were not covered by the CCD 2010. <strong>The</strong> case wasthen closed.On 22-11-11 the <strong>Commission</strong> received a complaint from Consumer K againstCompany R for selling expired tablets.
