1.3 Summary of Unfair Trading and Consumer Protection Issues -Western Division<strong>The</strong> Western Division FTD issues are handled by the <strong>Commission</strong> Inspectors based in Sigatoka, Rakiraki and Lautoka under the guidance of theDivisional Head and the FTD based in Suva.Department Activities from Western Division for the year <strong>2011</strong>Table 3 summarizes the number of cases received as per each provision of the <strong>Commerce</strong> <strong>Commission</strong> Decree 2010.
