On request reading of E-meterThe “On request reading of E-meter” is a service formeter reading requested by a call centre agent duringa customer call. The meter reading represents thecurrent reading of the meter display.5.2. Billing registers reading of E-meterMeter read in order to prepare energy or other objectinstances measurement values. Values are the basisfor preparing an invoice paper. In this case the meterreading is stored at the end of a billing interval andcaptured at a specific defined moment. Meter readingis time stamped at the end of a billing interval. Abilling interval is configured in advance and can bechanged remotely.5.3.
