There will be 135<strong>Navy</strong> Reserve and 182 Marine Corps Reserve facilities at the end of FY 2011.<strong>Navy</strong> Reserve ShipsThe <strong>Navy</strong>’s RC will support our Maritime Strategy by steaming 45 days underwayper quarter for deployed forces and 20 days underway per quarter for non‐deployedforces within the baseline. Requested funding for contingency operations willsupport deployed steaming of approximately 6 days per quarter. Theincrease from 2010 to 2011 is driven by the differences in the maintenance inductionschedule. In FY 2011, two more Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRA)and two more SRAs are scheduled to occur. Neither of the ships decommissioningin FY 2011 are scheduled for maintenance in FY 2010 or FY 2011. The shipyardshave the capability to execute the FY 2011 ship maintenance as well as thosedeferred maintenance amounts reflected in Figure 30.4‐20 FY 2011 Department of the <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>Budget</strong>
