To enablethese, NECC provides a full spectrum of operations, including effective waterborneand ashore anti‐terrorism force protection; theater security cooperation andengagement; and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief. NECC is also a key4‐14 FY 2011 Department of the <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>Budget</strong>
