All <str<strong>on</strong>g>Advocate</str<strong>on</strong>g>s who will be completing <strong>on</strong>e year's c<strong>on</strong>tinuous training <strong>on</strong> or before30 th April, <strong>2014</strong> are eligible to appear for the aforesaid examinati<strong>on</strong>.3. No.2 <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 2009 in SLP (C) No. 18481 <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>2009 titled Vijay Dhanji Chaudhary Vs. Suhas Jayant Natwadkar, and as decided by theCompetent Authority, pending the amendment to the Regulati<strong>on</strong>s regarding <str<strong>on</strong>g>Advocate</str<strong>on</strong>g>s<strong>on</strong>-<strong>Record</strong>Examinati<strong>on</strong>, Paper-III for this year shall be "Advocacy & Pr<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>essi<strong>on</strong>alEthics" with maximum marks <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 100.6. A list <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> leading Cases with regard to Paper-IV 'Leading Cases' is appended to thisNotificati<strong>on</strong> as Annexure 'A'.

No applicati<strong>on</strong>/representati<strong>on</strong> in the nature <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> seeking relief for re-evaluati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>answer sheets shall be entertained. Applicati<strong>on</strong>/representati<strong>on</strong> seeking relief other thanin the nature <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> re-evaluati<strong>on</strong> shall not be entertained bey<strong>on</strong>d a period <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 30 days fromthe date <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> declarati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the result.8. In ensuing examinati<strong>on</strong>s those' who are given roll numbers and who absentthemselves in examinati<strong>on</strong> without assigning reas<strong>on</strong>able cause in writing will be treated asnot sufficiently prepared & will be dealt with under Regulati<strong>on</strong> 5 (b) without giving furtheropportunity & time may be prescribed within which they shall not appear again forexaminati<strong>on</strong> without prior permissi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> The Board <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Examiners.
