‘HS’ PUMPSHSP10HSP20The high performance hydraulic submersibleSelwood Hydrosub pumps comprise 50mm to200mm models with electric start diesel drivenhydraulic power packs, fully protected by anautomatic shutdown system.A unique feature of this range of pumps is theirversatility. The hydraulic wet ends, available inaluminium, cast iron or stainless steel, are capableof a high flow and low head or a low flow and highhead. The power packs can each run a number ofdifferent submersible pumps dependant upon thematerial to be pumped. These encompass drainer,vortex, screw, chopper, high head, jetting andborehole pumps. Also available is the SelwoodSeldredge, a modular system with a150mm screw pump used to mix heavysludges and pump them away.The hydraulic system can run onsynthetic biodegradable or vegetableoil which significantly reduces harmfulenvironmental pollution. The hydraulicsincorporate a large return filter ensuring thatany contaminants are captured and the fuel tankhas flushing panels and a drain facility as well asproviding 24hr running capability. Safetyfeatures include full engine protection andhydraulic shut off through oil loss.High specification motors and replaceablestainless steel wear plates are featuredthroughout the range. Super Silent versionsare available with noise levels from as low as60db(A) at 22ft (7m). The Borehole pump isdesigned for use in methane environmentssuch as landfill sites. This pumpachieves its high head despiteits small diameter utilisingtwo or three stage impellers.The pump is designed to be as smoothas possible with a bullet profile for easyborehole insertion.ENVIRONMENTALSuper SilentSuper Silent versions are available withnoise levels from as low as 60 db(A).60db(A)HSP110Fully BundedAll Super Silent units are fully bunded,ensuring that any fuel or oil spillage isretained within the bund and does notcontaminate the surroundings.
