Step 9. Once the epoxy has cured, deflect the rudder fully inone direction and saturate each hinge with thin CA. Deflect therudder in the opposite direction and again saturate each hingewith thin CA. Allow the CA to dry. Use CA remover/debonder towipe off any excess CA on the rudder hinge line.Step 10. Once the CA has completely dried, check the rudderfor security by trying to pull the rudder from the fuselage.
