Middle School News and EventsHappy 6th graders on Outdoor Education Week in FevikThe March advisory theme will be ‘Teamwork andCooperation’. There are many examples of this takingplace on a daily basis in the Middle School and thenext big event coming up is a special example of that.MS Musical (2013) – ‘Seussical’The next major event THIS WEEK in the MS calendarwill be the musical ’Seussical’ This production is bothcurricular (Wed exploratory) and extra-curricular(Monday and Wednesday after school and Sundays).By the time of the performances, the vast majority ofour MS students will be involved in some way. Themajority of our Q3 exploratories are related to thisproduction:• Backstage Exploratory• CDT Exploratory (set building).• Art Exploratory (set design, painting, posterdesign, and t-shirt design).• Publicity Exploratory (have produced andexcellent website and designed the program andtickets.• Drama Exploratory - comprises all cast members!In addition, we have a group of volunteers for Lightingand Sound, Hair and Make-up as well and a groupof students who will be our Front of House crew.ALL of the students involved in the above groupsare invited to the Cast and Crew party after thefinal performance on Saturday, 9th March. Pickup time is 21:30.Tickets are now on sale.8th Grade Leirskole – TrysilSunday, March 17th-Friday, March 22ndThis exciting and memorable trip is coming up soonfor our 8th grade! You have already received aninvitation to Dropbox from Mr. Keereman where youcan find ALL the information for this trip includingthe packing list. Please be sure to have properathletic clothing and football boots/cleats.
