COMMUNITY COHESIONFor <strong>Swan</strong>, CSR is inextricably linked to equality and diversity. The link is evident in theway we care for our staff; the environments we work in; and the way we interact andwork with our residents. It can also be seen in <strong>Swan</strong>’s fair and transparentgovernance processes; in providing opportunities for potential apprentices; andthrough ensuring our projects meet local labour policies. It is important to <strong>Swan</strong> tobe able to account for these activities through our partners and to demonstrate ourgood practice to our staff, residents, local communities and working with localauthorities.Activity• Implementing our diversity policy and communicating it to all staff4
