Note: The Company has granted share options under the Company’s Employees Stock Option
Plan and share options outstanding as at 31st December, 2011 are 5,924,654 (Previous Year
4,926,478). Of these 129,973 (Previous Year 205,667) options have vested in 2008, 500,347
(Previous Year 462,500) options have vested in 2009, 615,992 (Previous Year 857,605)
options have vested in 2010, 1,163,709 (Previous Year 1,153,396) options have vested in
2011, 1,372,818 (Previous Year 896,563) options will vest in 2012, 1,675,873 (Previous Year
1,350,747) options will vest in 2013 and 465,942 (Previous Year Nil) options will vest in 2014.
