In terms <strong>of</strong> Section 205C <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Companies Act, 1956, an amount <strong>of</strong> ` 183,852 being unclaimed dividend and due for payment for <strong>the</strong><br />
financial year ended 31st October, 2003, was transferred during <strong>the</strong> year to <strong>the</strong> IEPF established by <strong>the</strong> Central Government.<br />
Share Transfer System:<br />
Share Transfer is normally effected within a maximum period <strong>of</strong> 30 days from <strong>the</strong> date <strong>of</strong> receipt, if all <strong>the</strong> required documentation is<br />
submitted. All share transfers are approved by <strong>the</strong> Share Transfer & Shareholders’/ Investors’ Grievance Committee which meets every<br />
fortnight.<br />
