Because of the high gloss finish of Scalecoat it will accept decals without anyother preparation.9. To protect the finish and hide any decal film, use Scalecoat Gloss or FlatGlaze, they are compatible and we recommend a 2/3 gloss to 1/3 flat mixture toachieve a nice satin finish. Whatever finish you choose, use Scalecoat thinner,and mix a ratio of at least 1 part over spray to 1 part thinner.10.
