By signing the Application form(Annex A of these Guidelines), the applicant declares accepting, in case where it is awarded a grant, theContractual conditions as laid down in the standard grant contract.Implementation contractsWhere implementation of the action requires the Beneficiary to award procurement contracts, it must awardthe contract to the tenderer offering the best value for money, that is to say, the best price-quality ratio, incompliance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment for potential contractors, care being takento avoid any conflict of interests.
