Consequential damages and freight costs are also notcovered by this Limited, Express Warranty.JABIRU makes no representation that this engine is suitable for installation in anyparticular aircraft and the responsibility for determining such suitability rests with theBuyer.Under no condition shall JABIRU or a JABIRU Authorised Service Centre be liable for anycontingent costs through the engine or aircraft being out of service for whatever reason.SPECIAL NOTICE TO OWNERSAVAILABILITY OF SERVICE AND PARTS AFTER WARRANTYJABIRU Aircraft Pty Ltd maintains a substantial stock of spare parts and operates aService Exchange Programme in respect to some components. Every endeavor is madeto ensure that JABIRU carries adequate stocks of service parts and that AuthorisedService Agents are equipped to provide satisfactory service, but JABIRU does not makeany promise that after the expiration of the Limited, Express Warranty such parts orservice will be available, or available at any specific location or at any particular time.UNAUTHORISED STATEMENTS IN RELATION TO JABIRU PRODUCTSNo JABIRU Authorised Service Centre or other person is authorised or permitted to giveor make any statement assertion or undertaking in relation to the quality, performance,characteristics, descriptions or fitness for any purpose of any JABIRU product or inconnection with the supply of any JABIRU product, which is at variance with any writtenstatement assertion or undertaking on any of these subjects given or made by JABIRU inits published sales literature, and the company does not accept any such unauthorisedaction.This document is controlled while it remains on the Jabiru server. Normal wear and tear is excluded.This Limited, Express Warranty does not cover those parts listed as exclusions above andis subject to the same general exclusions.This document is controlled while it remains on the Jabiru server.
