Toplantıda konuşan TÜRSAB Yönetim Kurulu BaşkanıBaşaran Ulusoy iki ülke arasındaki gelişen turizmçalışmalarını hatırlatarak, barış ve diyaloğun öneminedikkat çekti.Turkish-Greek Tourism Forum at KosAssociation of Turkish Travel Agencies’ (ATTA)Chairman of the Board Başaran Ulusoy led thedelegation of 60 Turkish tourism managers that wentto Kos to participate in Turkish-Greek Tourism Forumorganized on April 13 th 2013.Kos Tourism Authority’s President, Mayor of KosIsland, Governor of Kos Island, Vice-Governor ofSouth Aegean; Old Deputy Minister of Tourism ofGreece; Rodos Ambassador in Turkey; Chairmanof Bodrum Commerce Association; Chairman of BodrumHoteliers Association; Prefect of Milas; Bodrum Manager ofTurkish Airlines; Izmir Regional Chairman of the ExecutiveBoard of ATTA, Rıza Gençay; Bodrum Regional Chairmanof the Executive Board, Sevinç Gökbel and board members;Travel Agencies’ representatives who work with Greece; andpress were present at the forum. Chairman of the Board ofATTA, Başaran Ulusoy mentioned in his speech the developingtourism workings between the two countries and emphasizedthe importance of peace and dialogue.
Kuzey Yunanistan Toplantıları<strong>Türkiye</strong> <strong>Seyahat</strong> <strong>Acentaları</strong> <strong>Birliği</strong> (TÜRSAB), 17-21 Nisan tarihleri arasında“Kuzey Yunanistan İnceleme Gezisi” düzenledi. Konusunda uzman 30 kişilikekiple birlikte gerçekleştirilen gezide sırasıyla Didimohito (Dimetoka),Alexandroupoli (Dedeağaç), Yannitsa, Kastoria (Kesriye), Ioannina (Yanya)ve Konitsa şehirleri ziyaret edildi.Bölgedeki Osmanlı eserlerinin de görüldüğü gezide, Kuzey Yunanistan’ınturizm potansiyeli değerlendirilirken; <strong>Türkiye</strong>’nin çeşitli illerinden geziyekatılan turizm temsilcileri, bölgedeki firmalarla temaslarda bulundu. TÜR-SAB Avrupa Bölgesel Yürütme Kurulu Başkanı Aziz Ciga başkanlığındagerçekleştirilen gezide, daha çok Balkanlar veYunanistan ile çalışan Türk acente temsilcileri,Yunanistan Kapadokyalılar Dernekleri FederasyonuBaşkanı Issakidis Theofanid, TÜRSABKurumsal İlişkiler Bölümü’nden Berna Akar,Özge Ünal ile basın mensupları yer aldı.Kara yoluya gerçekleştirilen yolculuğun ilkdurağı olan Dimetoka’da, TÜRSAB heyetini“Sizleri dostluk ve işbirliği ile karşılıyoruz”diyen Dimetoka Belediye Başkanı ParaskerasPatsouridis karşıladı. Şehirde yer alan BizansKalesi (Bizayntine Castle), Beyazıt Camii,Oruç Paşa Türbesi gibi tarihi ve kültürel eserlerziyaret edildi. Dimetoka Belediyesi’ndegerçekleşen toplantıda kentle ilgili bir sunumizlendi.Heyete sırasıyla Alexandroupoli’de Evros Bölgesi Ticaret Odası BaşkanıHristodoulos Toksidis, Yannitsa’da Belediye Başkanı Grigori Stamkos,Kastroria’da Belediye Başkanı Emmanuil Hatzisymeonidis, İonnina’da yineBelediye Başkanı Fillip Filios eşlik etti.TÜRSAB Avrupa Bölgesel Yürütme Kurulu Başkanı Aziz Ciga, Yunanistantopraklarına ayak bastıkları andan itibaren gördükleri misafirperverlik içintüm belediye başkanlarına teşekkürlerini ileterek şunları söyledi:“TÜRSAB’ın 5 yılda 60 ülke projesi var. Bu kapsamda en çok Yunanistanziyaret edildi. 30 kişiden oluşan uzman ekibimizle birlikte gerçekleştirdiğimizKuzey Yunanistan İnceleme Gezisi’nde, komşu topraklara girdiğimizandan itibaren bize gösterilen güleryüz ve misafirperverlik için teşekkürediyoruz. Ortak kültürel mirasımız ve benzerliklerimiz bizi daha da yakınlaştırıyor.Umuyoruz ki amacına ulaşan bir gezi olacak.”North Greece Meetings TÜRSAB Arşivi ve ShutterstockAssociation of Turkish Travel Agencies (ATTA) organized a “North GreeceStudy Tour” between April 17 th and 21 st . 30 experts participated this tour andthey visited Didimohito, Alexandroupoli, Yannitsa, Kastoria, Ioannina andKonitsa. Ottoman works in the region were visited and the tourism potentialin North Greece was evaluated. Tourism representatives from various citiesin Turkey contacted agencies of the region. Chairman of the ExecutiveBoard of European Region of ATTA, Aziz Ciga led the tour participatedby representatives of Turkish Agencies that work with Balkans and Greecein particular; President of the Greece Cappadocia Association, IssakidisTheofanid; Berna Akar and Özge Ünal from ATTA Corporate Relationsdepartment and press.The first stop on the road was Didimohito: themayor Paraskeras Patsouridis said “We are greetingyou with feelings of friendship and collaboration”to the ATTA delegation. Historical and culturalsites were visited such as the Byzantine Castle,Beyazıt Mosque, Oruç Pasha Tomb. The meetingwas organized in Didimohito Town Hall and apresentation on the city was made.The delegation was accompanied by in respectiveorder the Chairman of Alexandroupoli EvrosRegion Commerce Association; Mayor of Yannitsa,Grigori Stamkos; Mayor of Kastoria, EmmanuilHatzisymeonidis; Mayor of Ioannina, Fillip Filios.Chairman of the Executive Board of EuropeanRegion of ATTA, Aziz Ciga thanked all the mayorsof Greece who showed great hospitality since theyset foot on Greek land and added:“ATTA has this project of visiting 60 countries in 5years. We visited Greece the most for this project.We thank for the affability and hospitality wereceived as soon as we entered the neighbouringland at North Greece Study Tour participated by30 experts.
