SMP HOLD information was added to the APAR to point out the IPLrequirement. To apply the APAR, the following parameter must be added to the SMP APPLY statement:BYPASS(HOLDSYS(DOC))An SMP APPLY of this APAR into your production <strong>CA</strong>ILIB requires an immediate IPL. While some of theupdated modules are fetched from steplib or linklist or loaded by the <strong>CA</strong>S9 procedure, module TMSTMVTcannot be refreshed dynamically. Therefore an IPL is mandatory. The TMC and Audit I/O routines will not beoperational when the APAR has been activated only partially.PDC#: QI12531
