Following is documentation related to this new feature.PROBLEM RESOLUTION:CTSDEU - Data Erase UtilityThe CTSDEU utility can be used to erase residual data left on a tape following one or more valid files. Thisis done to prevent unauthorized access to potentially sensitive data, which may be left on the end of a tapefrom previous use. Normally this is done before the tape leaves a secured area. When a multivolume dataset is being processed, the last volume of the set needs security erase processing. If all volumes of a dataset are to be processed, the parameter ALL can be used to request every volume in the multivolume dataset be processed.
