<strong>Rawabi</strong> Service AppreciationAwards Ceremony2008<strong>Rawabi</strong>’s Service Appreciation AwardsCeremony <strong>for</strong> the year 2008 took placeat the Meridien Hotel in Al-Khobar onthe 7 th of January, <strong>2009</strong>. This year’s gatheringhonored 98 employees <strong>for</strong> theiryears of service at <strong>Rawabi</strong> Group. Theceremony, hosted by Nada Badgaish,RHC’s Training Specialist, included avery interesting lecture on the subject of“Change” which was presented by Mr.Georges A. Hatem, Founder & ManagingDirector of Consulting & DevelopmentServices (CDS).The lecture was followed by a shortspeech by <strong>Rawabi</strong>’s Chairman, Sh. AbdulazizAlTurki, where he announced severalnew structural changes including:adding two non-executive board membersto <strong>Rawabi</strong>’s Board of Directors andthe <strong>for</strong>mation of a new Family Council.He further presented the company’snewly <strong>for</strong>med vision, mission statementand core values.Additionally, the Chairman named Mr.Ali AlTurki Vice Chairman and Head of<strong>New</strong> Business Development while Mr.Osman Ibrahim, <strong>Rawabi</strong> Group’s ExecutiveVice President was promoted to becomethe Group’s CEO.
