Tournament Activities• Opening Ceremony – Sunday, March 20 th , 8:30-9am on Reinsch Field• Icebreaker Happy Hour, Sunday, March 20 th , 6-7:30pm –at the new Blue Sky Bar on therooftop of the Sofitel Centara Grand Hotel. All coaches, parents, umpires, visitors and communitymembers are invited to attend. Tickets will cost 400Baht per person and include 2 drink couponsfor beer or wine, and light snacks. Adults only.• Players’ Social, Friday, March 25 th ,1-5pm –at the Nichada Club pool with lunch buffet andsoft drinks available; tickets 350Baht. Lifeguards may be on duty, however swimming will be atyour own risk. Players only!!• Thai Craft Fair, Friday, March 25 th , 3:30-8:30pm –to be held at the ISB Auxilliary Gymbeside the tennis courts and across from the pool. Over 30 vendors will be on hand selling theirlocal Thai crafts at reasonable prices. All visitors and community members are encouraged toattend!• Awards Banquet, Saturday, March 26 th , 7:30-10:30pm - at the Sofitel Centara GrandHotel. This promises to be a fun evening filled with good food, numerous awards, music, and aslide show highlighting the best of what will hopefully be an exciting tournament! All players andtheir families, coaches, umpires, tournament organizers and community members are encouragedto attend. Players, coaches and umpires will receive complimentary tickets courtesy of <strong>SEAYBST</strong>and BBSA. Tickets at 600B per person (500B for 12 and under) will include a full Thai/Westernbuffet, non-alcoholic drinks and dessert bar, and will be on sale at the <strong>SEAYBST</strong> Information Tenton the ISB fields all week. Cash bar for beer and wine available at the event.6
