Virtually all <strong>of</strong> these licenceswith their terminal hours and capacities will have been incorporated in new premiseslicences converted under the <strong>Licensing</strong> Act 2003. The numbers able to be in premisesat late hours will have altered little as the result <strong>of</strong> the operation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Licensing</strong> Act2003.144
