The EMS fee is CNY 20 extra per application (for up to 5Passports). For applications lodged in Guangzhou EMS is charged at a rate of CNY23 per application. (Up to 4 passports).From 1 October 2009, the Shanghai <strong>Visa</strong> Office will use SF Express ( 顺 丰 速 运 ) todeliver passports and documents to clients.SF Express will deliver within 3 days and will charge the receiver on delivery. Once you have determined the <strong>Australian</strong> dollar amount from the Form 990i, youneed to use the currency converter, also at the above address, to determine theequivalent amount in RMB.Payment Options - Applicants residing in <strong>China</strong>Option 1: At any <strong>China</strong> Post office by Chinese postal money order. When paying bypostal order please note the following points:• All information must be written in Chinese• The money order must be for the exact amount• The recipient must be the DIAC office at which you are lodging your visaapplication• The postal order must include the recipient's address. Please see contact details forour DIAC offices in <strong>China</strong>• The postal order should include the detailed address of the applicant• You must write the full name of the applicant. Option 2: In person at the client service counters of one of the three <strong>Visa</strong> offices inthe PRC. Please note that our <strong>China</strong> offices can only accept payment in Chinese Yuan(CNY/RMB). We do not accept <strong>Australian</strong>, American or Hong Kong dollars, paymentby credit card or personal cheques. Please check the client service hours of our offices.Option 3: At any DIAC Office in Australia. The payer should inform the <strong>Visa</strong> officeof the applicant's full name and the office in which the application will be lodged. Thepink copy of the payment receipt should be attached to the application.Please do not to send cash by mail.Payment Options - Applicants residing in MongoliaMost applicants from Mongolia will choose to lodge their applications through mailor courier, rather than coming to Beijing in person. Applicants must not send cash bymail or courier.If lodging by mail or courier, then you can choose one of the following paymentoptions:Option 1: Ask a representative in <strong>China</strong> to pay the visa application charge for you atthe <strong>Australian</strong> <strong>Embassy</strong> in CNY. They will need to provide you with the receiptnumber which you should submit with your application.Option 2: Ask a representative in <strong>China</strong> to arrange a Chinese postal order in CNY foryou.Option 3: Ask a representative in Australia to pay the money for you at a DIACoffice in Australia for you. They will need to provide you with the receipt number asyou must provide this number to us when you lodge your application.The <strong>Visa</strong> <strong>Application</strong> Charge must be paid in Chinese Yuan (CNY). United StatesDollars (USD) are only accepted in the form of bank drafts. An USD bank draft fromMongolia should be issued in the name of “<strong>Australian</strong> <strong>Embassy</strong> Beijing”. Please notethat a bank draft generally takes 60 working days to clear. We cannot beginprocessing an application until the bank draft has been cleared and payment received.
