The large temperature numbers are easy to read fromacross the room.Trend GraphA plot of temperature vs. time is displayed to the left of the temperature readings andprovides the recent temperature history and future trend of the heating block. This displayis very convenient to track the stability of the oven temperature during measurements.State IconA small graphical representation of the heating profile is displayed to the left of thetemperature readings and provides feedback as to which stage of the melting pointdetermination cycle is currently underway.Instructions AreaThis area of the Melt screen displays up-to-date information and instructions during amelting point determination.OptiMelt guides you through the analysis process. Interactive help and timely suggestionsare also available for all important actions, functions and parameters of the instrument.Sample Buttons (Left, Center and Right)The sample buttons are only displayed during ramping and can be pressed at any time toflag important temperature values during a melting point determination.Figure 16.
