On-screen instructions guide youthrough the analysis process.During a melting point determination, the heating stand is temperature ramped at thespecified Rate from the Start to the Stop temperature. The heating block is automaticallycooled back to the Start temperature at the end of the analysis.Setting up a melting point determination is very simple:• Touch the Start button to program the Start temperature.• Touch the Stop Button to program the Stop temperature• Touch the Rate/min button to program the heat Ramping Rate.• Press the Heat button to stabilize the oven at the Start Temperature.• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the analysis.Action ButtonsA single Action button, placed to the right of the Instructions area of the Melt Screen, isused to navigate through the different stages of a melting point determination.
