Descriptions in this catalogue are meant as a guide only and are deemed to have been made to the best of ourknowledge. Buyers are therefore requested to examine the item before purchasing. No claims for damage,misdescription, genuineness or authenticity of any lot will be entertained.3. The highest bidder will be the purchaser and in the case of a dispute, the lot may be re-submitted and theAuction4. The auctioneer has the right to refuse any bid and place a reserve on any lot5.
