Priority for Selection of <strong>Exhibition</strong> BoothsSelection of booths will strictly follow a ‘first come first serve basis’ policy.Pre-Requisite for Booking of BoothsAll information in the Registration Form must be filled in with the choice of preferred booth locations(6 choices) complete with Company seal.All bookings must be accompanied with a cross cheque of 50% of the booth amount made payable to‘CDA/MDA 2012 International Convention’.If you are submitting the registration Form by fax or email, please provide us with your proof oftransfer slip. The remaining second half of the payment is payable by 30 th March 2012.Booking Procedure/Conditions1) The final booking Instruction booklet will be uploaded onto the MDA website.2) Priority is given to Sponsors to choose exhibition booths before any other exhibitor.3) Upon receiving booking instructions, traders/exhibitors are requested to readthrough the booklet before commencing the booking. Once being clear instructions youmay contact the MDA secretariat – details provided at the end of this prospectus.4) To qualify for a booth, traders/exhibitors must complete the registration form providedin this prospectus indicating your top 6 choices for booth location. This form should besubmitted together with a crossed cheque of 50% of the required payment - madepayable to ‘CDA/MDA 2012 International Convention’. Deposit <strong>and</strong> Final paymentA non refundable deposit of 50% of the total charges/sponsorship fee must accompany theapplication. The full balance is due on 30 th March 2012.<strong>Exhibition</strong> booths will be reserved on first come first serve basis.
