Antioxin ®<strong>SBT</strong>Beer antioxidizing agent<strong>ANTIOXIN</strong> ® <strong>SBT</strong> is a new generation of antioxidizing agentespecially adapted for the treatment of the malt andunmalted cereals in the brewhouse, acting and minimizingtheir potential of oxydation LOX (Lipoxygenase).The excellent efficiency of these antioxidizing agents isobtained by using them during the mashing at low temperatures,ideally between 38°C and 42°C. Under theseconditions, <strong>ANTIOXIN</strong> ® <strong>SBT</strong> inhibits the LOX activity, responsiblefor the aldehyde oxidation or all other oxidizablefunctions present in the wort.This preventive technology ensures a better control ofthe raw materials, their condition of storage and theirlevel of humidity.It protects the aromatic properties and the freshness ofthe beerThanks to the optimal formulation of its main active ingredients,<strong>ANTIOXIN</strong> ® <strong>SBT</strong> ensures a better protection of thewort and consequently of the beer. Its composition madeof selective gallotannins, stabilised with classic antioxidizingagents, eliminates the oxydation potential mainlycoming from the humidity adsorbed by the cereals. Itsaction starts from the mashing vessels and allows till thefinal product a more persistant freshness, as well as betteraromas.The distinguishing organoleptic properties of beer aretherefore maintained for a period longer than the onenormally achievable with traditional antioxidant productsin the bottling line.DOSES OF APPLICATION5-10 g/hL of wort during mashing, right after themix of grist with water.DIRECTIONS FOR USE<strong>ANTIOXIN</strong> ® <strong>SBT</strong> should be added to the waterto be mixed with the malt and unmalted cerealsbefore the mash conversion vessels.COMPOSITIONGallotannins, ascorbic acid (E300) and potassiummetabisulphite (E224).For application in beer.PACKAGING10 kg bags.
