COLONIAL FIRST STATE - FIRSTCHOICE WHOLESALE INVESTMENT FUNDSDIRECTORS' DECLARATIONFOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30 JUNE 2011In the opinion of the Directors of <strong>Colonial</strong> <strong>First</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Investments</strong> Limited:a) the financial statements and notes to the financial statements of the <strong>Colonial</strong> <strong>First</strong> <strong>State</strong> - <strong><strong>First</strong>Choice</strong><strong>Wholesale</strong> Investment Funds ("the Funds") are in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, including:i) complying with Accounting Standards, the Corporations Regulations 2001and other mandatory professional reporting requirements;ii) giving a true and fair view of the Funds' financial position as at 30 June 2011and of its performance for the reporting period ended on that date,b) there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Funds will be able to pay their debts asand when they become due and payable, andc) Note 1(b) confirms that the financial statements comply with International FinancialReporting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board.This declaration is made in accordance with a resolution of the directors.Bradley Brian MasseyDirectorSydney30 August 2011Page 149
