Automating WebBlocker Database Downloadswhich appears in your <strong>WatchGuard</strong> directory under theWBServer folder:1 Open Control Panel and select Scheduled Tasks. (If itis not listed, see “Installing Scheduled Tasks,” in thefollowing section.)2 Select Add Scheduled Task.3 The Scheduled Tasks wizard launches. Click Next.4 On the next screen, which shows a list of programs toselect from, select Browse.5 Navigate to your <strong>WatchGuard</strong> directory and then intoWBServer. Select WebDBdownload.bat.6 Specify how often you want to perform this task.<strong>WatchGuard</strong> suggests you update your database everyday, although you can do it less often if you havebandwidth concerns. Click Next.7 Enter a start time for the process. Because thesedownloads are close to 60 megabytes, choose a timeoutside normal work hours.8 Select the frequency you want for this task.<strong>WatchGuard</strong> recommends you perform updates onweekdays, because the database is not updated onweekends.9 Select a suitable start date. Click Next.10 Enter the user name and passwords that this processrequires to run. Make sure this user has access to theproper files. Click Next.11 Review your entries.
