1.1 Preambel 

This event will take place under consideration of the FIA International Sporting Code and its Supplementing, the 

DMSB Rally-Regulations 2012 (RR) for Automobil Rallies which is in correspondance to the 2012 FIA Regional 

Rally Championships Sporting Regulation and the general Regulations of the DMSB Event-Reglement for the 

ADAC Rallye Masters 2012. 

Modifications, Alterations and / or Supplementings according to this Reglement will be published in numbered 

and dated Bulletins. 

Additional Informations of the event will be published in the Rallye Guide on 29.04.2012. 

The FIA International Sporting Code, the 2012 FIA Regional Rally Championships Sporting Regulations as well 

as the international Supplementings are available on the FIA website (www.FIA.com).

Combining of classes: 

There will be no combining of classes for all divisions of the ADAC Rallye Masters. 

For further classes is valid: 

Classes with less than 3 starters will be combined with the upper next class of the same group (in according with the 

publication of the list of crews eligible to start and starting times fort he first phase). 

In according to the technical Regulations of the FIA and the DMSB: 

Current and former WRC-vehicles as well as CTC/CGT-vehicles of the division 5 (special-production-cars of the years 

from 1976 to 1981) and division 10 are not entitled to start in the ADAC Rallye Masters. 

For all vehicles of the group GT2 and GT3 it is necessary to present a valid Homologation-Sheet and a DMSB-Rallye- 

Data-Sheet. 

For all vehicles according to appendix K a valid carriage identity card from the FIA or HTP is prescribed.

Return of the Entry-fee 

The entry-fee will be returned in full amount: 

- if the event does not take place 

- to teams, which entries are refused 

Caused by force majeure the organizer can return the entry-fee partial to the entrants. 

The entry is also online possible on the website www.rallye–sulingen.de or by mail. The entry is only valid if the entryfee 

is received until closing date of entry. You have to sign up your entry during the administrative check. 

5. Insurance coverage and exclusion of liability 

5.1 Insurance, Service-Cars, Liability Insurance 

see DMSB-Organizer-Reglement 2011 – Art. 34 Insurance coverage begins with the start of the event and ends 

at STOP of every special stage or with exclusion of the competitior from the event respectively by the 

competitor from the event.

8. Reconnaissance oft he special stages 

8.1 Regulations for registration 

8.2 National Regulations, maximum speed on the special stages 

During reconnaissance the regulations of the german traffic rules (StVO) as well as the traffic authority must be 

kept strictly. It` s indicated, that the special stages are not blocked during official reconnaissance and consider 

other road-users. 

The maximum speed of all special stages is 70 km/h as far as there is no lower speed regulated. 

Passing villages, separate houses and farms as well as marked spots in the roadbook the max. 

speed is fixed by 30 km/h. 

This will be supervised. Any offence against the mentioned provisions will be punished as following: 

1. First Offence = fine EUR 25,00 (Priority drivers) or EUR 10,00 (other participants) per km/h 

breaking speed limit – RR 15.2.2, 

2. In case of second offence during recconaissance fine is doubled – RR 15.2.4, 

3. In case of third and further offences: No admission to the start. 

In this case the entry fee will not be refunded. It is pointed out that during the official reconnaissance the 

special stages are not closed and by that other road users can be expected. 

8.3 Description for reconnaissance 

The special stages may only be inspected on Friday ,April 29 th 2011 between 11:30 am and 08:00 pm maximum 

two times in accordance to the reconnaissance and instructions of rally guide. 

The presence of drivers and co-drivers on the special stages before the event will be punished as not 

allowed reconnaissance. 

The realized reconnaissance before04 th may 2012, 08:30 am to 08:00 pm leads to refusal of the entry or 

leads to non admission to the start. In this case the entry fee will not be refunded. The times for 

reconnaissance according to the timetable are obligatory for all participants. Cars for reconnaissance are optional. 

Cars have to be marked by number, passed by the organizer, put up the front window pane (postion: 

above/centre). The number will be issued together with the road-book. Reconnaissance with the car used during 

the event is allowed but only without starting number. If these are already fixed on the car they have to be 

covered with a large tape (X-form). 

Turning around is not allowed as well as driving in opposite direction. You are not allowed to enter buildings in 

the IVG-area (special stage 2 and 5). Special Stage start/end an time-control are not reserved while 

reconnaissance. 

9. Administrative check 

In order to take as little time as possible the following documents have to been shown at the administrative check.

- Driving licence (driver and co-driver) 

- ASN approval for foreign competitors (if neccessary) 

- Completion of all details in the entry form

- Agreement of the owner of the car ( if the driver is not the owner of the car)
