very active in our new church and we help with
the youth, the worship team, and other ministries
there. One of our favorite summer activities
is to go boating here in Okoboji.

Dan and Kim (Watts) Reeves live in Burnsville
and have two kids: Mike, 20, and Sheryl, 19,
and two dogs, Lady and Dakota. Kim stays busy
running both an advertising specialty business
and her favorite: an in-home pet setting company
where she gets to walk and play with dogs
and actually get paid for it. She loves to scrapbook
and is also very active with her church and
the Burnsville Women of Today, among others.
Dan sold off his printing business a couple of
years ago and now does recruiting and consulting
to the industry. He still tries to play golf and
is also active in the church.

I have been employed at the Mankato Clinic for
15 years as a radiation technician. I have been
working as a “rad tech” since 1983. I started
at Mayo Clinic, was employed there for five
years, went to the Minneapolis area, worked at
a couple of clinics and also Shriner’s Hospital.
Had my son Miles while living in Minneapolis
area. Moved back to Mankato in 1990, met my
husband and had two daughters.
My life is busy, as is any mother who works and
has kids in multiple activities. My hobbies and

interests are my family and their activities!! I
am a HUGE Twins fan, I live for the baseball
season! Ask me anything about the Twins in
the last few years, you’ll be surprised at what I
know!
My husband works for Hansen Sanitation
in Kasota. He plays in a band usually two
weekends a month. He is the drummer for the
Whiskey Rose Band, which is a well-known
country band in Mankato. One of my pastimes
is watching my daughters dance. They have
been involved in the world of competitive
dance for the last three years. It is a whirlwind
time, but I love the dance season! My son is
involved in basketball and baseball at Mankato
East. We spend a lot of time going to games.
