At trial, the parties may only offer proof withrespect to the disputed facts contained in the pre-trialorder. The agreed facts will automatically become part ofthe record.The time limits for the filing of the pre-trial order willbe established by the Court at a pre-trial conference.Since Judge Stanton's procedure differs substantially fromthat of other judges of this Court, counsel should review itcarefully before beginning to prepare their order. A samplepre-trial order has been annexed as a guide at the end ofthese rules.2
