1. Disconnect power from cabinet.<br />

2. Remove door(s) by removing the screws securing upper hinge to the counter top, and pull top of door<br />

towards you.<br />

3. Locate & remove 2-2 3/4 inch screws in the black plastic trim in the top of each door or top drawer opening.<br />

4. Cut silicone seal with razor knife on inside and outside of cabinet, break the silicone seal on both sides<br />

and along the front edge with a putty knife.<br />

5. Lift top upward two-three inches and push backwards, this will unhook top from lip in rear edge of cabinet.<br />

6. To install top, apply a bead of black silicone to the top of the cabinet and, hook top on lip at rear of the<br />

cabinet and pull forward, press down firmly on the top and install screws through cabinet into top.<br />

7. Reinstall doors<br />

To Install New Top<br />

1. Lay cabinet on its back & align doors with edge of cabinet. Pay attention to proper spacing of door along<br />

edge, it should be approximately 5/8". Place new silicone beads inside & out.<br />

2. When installing a new top use 5/8" spacers at outer edge of the door and cabinet to locate door properly.<br />

3. Push mounting plate on<br />

KEIL hinge until parallel<br />

with front of cabinet and<br />

mark center of hinge holes.<br />

Drill holes with #7 drill bit<br />

or .201 Dia. Install door on<br />

cabinet with black plastic<br />

spacer between hinge<br />

bracket and counter top<br />

and run screws into new<br />

holes and remove spacer<br />

blocks.<br />
